Toughest
- Xiaoyu — Phoenix stance ducks Jack's high-heavy poke flowchart and her i14 launcher punishes Jack's slow `df+2` recovery. Switch to `df+1` mid pressure and abuse `db+2` low only on hard reads.
- Lili — Lili spaces outside Jack's `f+1+2` armor charge and whiff-punishes with `WS+2`. Jack lost armor frames in 2.08, so don't rely on `df+1` armor here — just walk and `2,1`.
- Dragunov — Drag's `df+2` tracks both sides and beats Jack's giant whiff windows. Drag's `wr+2` homing breaks Jack's sidewalk approach. Block more, charge less.
- Nina — Nina's SS+4 launcher and i10 jabs interrupt Jack's `2,1` mid string. Her backthrow erases Jack's wall-carry advantage.
- Reina — Sentai stance launches Jack's whiffed mids and her hellsweep launcher cracks Jack's high block stance. Stay grounded; armor reads only.
Easiest
- Asuka — Asuka can't out-armor Jack's `f+1+2` charge and her parry stance does nothing to throws. Mix `df+3+2` command grab and Megaton Punch for free wins.
- Steve — No lows — Jack stands and tanks. Steve's peekaboo sway whiffs against Jack's wide hitbox; punish with `df+2` launcher.
- Kazuya — Kazuya's hellsweep gets eaten by Jack's `df+1` armor and his hopknee gets blown up by Jack's `b+1+2` parry into Megaton.
- Eddy — Eddy's capoeira mid pressure can't pierce Jack's armor frames — `f+1+2` charge eats his Negativa strings. Mix command grab inside.
- Claudio — Starburst projectile gets armored. Claudio's i12 mid lacks the range to keep Jack out, and Jack's `WS+2` whiff-punishes every Starburst attempt.
Sidestep: Jack sidesteps LEFT against most right-handed strings — his slow pivot rewards committed sidewalk into `2,1` confirm. Vs Mishima EWGF, sidestep LEFT works on early frames but Jack's recovery loses anyway. Don't sidestep at neutral against trackers.
